Our main goal at Foster Book Club is to get books into the hands of kids in foster care or kids who are not living with their bio parents. Help us make an impact in the foster care community.
Make a Monetary Donation
Your monetary donations* help us:
- provide and maintain this online resource for people around the world to find books that have foster care representation or themes that resonate with the foster care community
- buy books with foster care representation and give them for free to our local San Diego foster care community.

Foster Book Club is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization (EIN: 42-2116798). All donations are tax-deductible.
A processing fee is deducted via our payment processor, Stripe.
Make a Book Donation via Our Amazon Wishlist
1. Buy books via our Amazon Wishlist that you wish to donate.
2. The donated books gets shipped directly to Foster Book Club.
3. We deliver donated books to our partners: foster family agencies, foster care community organizations, and CASAs.
4. Those partners have direct access to kids in care, allowing them to get your donated books directly to the hands of children who need them.
