Book donations have been coming in from generous donors, and we have been able to share these books with local San Diego youth-centered organizations. Here are the organizations that received book donations from Foster Book Club and will deliver them directly to kids who are in foster care or are not living with their bio parents.
Angels Foster Network

This foster family agency's mission is "to passionately and collaboratively care for children five and younger with diverse and exceptional families who dedicate themselves to each child’s wellbeing." Books received by Angels Foster Network were well-received for the holidays.
San Diego Youth Services

San Diego Youth Services is a nonprofit that believes "every child deserves to reach their full potential. Since our founding over 50 years ago, we have changed the lives of more than 823,000 youth." Foster Book Club's book donations were given to children during a holiday party.
San Diego Center for Children

Foster Book Club delivered book donations to the San Diego Center for Children. They provide services for youth in foster care who need "ongoing counseling, healthy structure, and multiple role-models...We help these treatment-level foster children across the region through therapy, support, and case management."
Foster Book Club is so grateful to begin our journey by partnering with these amazing, impactful organizations. And we look forward to continuing to partner with them and other organizations in San Diego.
